What happens after you send this
We read every request ourselves — there is no queue and no call center. You will hear back with either a straight answer, a couple of clarifying questions, or a time we can come look at it.
For non-emergency work we can usually be out within a few days. Spring is our busiest stretch, because sump pump season and pond cleanout season collide in March and April, so book seasonal work early if you can.
If it turns out you do not need us — a clogged aerator you can clean in ten minutes, a reset button on a garbage disposal — we will tell you that too. It costs us nothing and it is how most of our reviews got written.

What areas do you serve?
Lake in the Hills is home base. We regularly work throughout McHenry County — Algonquin, Cary, Crystal Lake, Huntley, Lakewood, McHenry and Woodstock — and into the Fox Valley and Barrington areas. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed Illinois plumbing contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we pull Village permits on every job that requires one. Ask any plumber for their license before work begins — unlicensed work can void your homeowner's insurance on a water damage claim.
How soon can you come out for non-emergency work?

Do you charge for estimates?
No. Non-emergency estimates are free and in writing, with no obligation. If the honest answer is that your existing equipment should be repaired rather than replaced, that is what the estimate will say.
